'Loving The Predator' is a novel about a middle-aged, wild-child whose drug dependancy is dragging her life into increasing chaos and sordidness. It's also about a young man caught by her spell, who is trying not to fall into the all-consuming black hole that her life is becoming. It is highly graphic in its descriptions of sex, violence, drug use and mental anguish. Set in the late eighties in Leeds, many of the cultural and historical events of the time are the background to this story of addiction and demons.
